One day in 1988, secret Israeli informant agent George Halil left his home in the village of Rameish in Southern Lebanon on his way to Israel to meet with his handlers from Unit 504. He never returned to the village, and to this day, his fate remains unknown to his family. In 2021, his family—his wife and five children, all now Israeli citizens—embark on an independent and painful investigation, one that will uncover not only long-buried family secrets but also national ones.
