The documentary film delves deep into the captivating narrative surrounding "Beit HaShidur Ha'Israeli," a radio station that ultimately transformed into "The Voice of Israel in Arabic." Unveiling the hidden truths, it embarks on an unprecedented journey to shed light on this enigmatic institution.
With the birth of the Israeli state and the influx of Jewish immigrants from Arab countries, this seemingly innocuous radio station evolved into a formidable hub for intelligence and political warfare throughout the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. Under the guise of broadcasting music and news in Arabic, the station's true purpose was far more clandestine.
Behind the scenes, the broadcasts were employed by the administrations as tools for propaganda, psychological warfare, and covert activation of agents through ingeniously embedded codes. Unbeknownst to the listeners, a veil of deception shrouded the airwaves, transforming this seemingly innocent station into a threat that struck fear into the hearts of Arab rulers.
Called "The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation's Propaganda Orchestra" by competing radio stations, it posed an unparalleled challenge to the established order in the Arab world. The film uncovers the intricate web of intrigue and its lasting impact on history.
