Alon, a charismatic and idealistic detective from Tel Aviv, returns to his coastal hometown of Nahariya with his wife Miki and their teenage daughter Tom, hoping for a fresh start. On the surface, the town seems peaceful and idyllic, but beneath the calm lies the iron grip of young crime boss Maor Ezra, who extorts local businesses and brutally punishes anyone who defies him. Alon quickly discovers that the local police force is ill equipped and reluctant to challenge the gangster’s reign. When his own colleagues refuse to act and his superior warns him to stay away, Alon realizes he is standing alone. Determined to restore law and order, he leads a raid on Maor’s illegal gambling dens, igniting a violent retaliation that leaves a police officer wounded after a grenade attack on the station. As tensions escalate and danger creeps closer to his family, Alon is forced to confront a painful question: to defeat a criminal who plays without rules, must he cross his own moral line?
